Where we ship
We offer free tracked shipping on every order within the United States. We do not currently ship outside the US, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.
Processing time
These products are made to order rather than held as ready-to-ship stock. The production and delivery schedule shown on the product page applies to your order.
Delivery time
Production and delivery estimate: Made to order: 15–25 days total, including production and delivery. You get a confirmation email when your order is placed and tracking details once it ships. Estimates are indicative and can move during busy periods.
If we cannot ship on time
If we cannot ship within the time stated above, we will email you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a prompt refund, and we will refund you without being asked if you do not want to wait. This is what the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requires of us, and we would do it anyway.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your package. If it has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will trace it or send a replacement.
Address changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact [email protected] as soon as you can — we can update it any time before the package ships.
